Refund and cancellation policy

This policy applies to attribution reporting engagements, channel contribution briefs, campaign readout sessions, and quarterly retainers commissioned from Smart Flowcore Co., Ltd.

Eligibility

Refunds depend on how far work has progressed and whether a deposit or full fee was paid. Informational website rates are not charges until confirmed in a proposal.

Timeframe

Cancellation or refund requests should be emailed to hello@smart-flowcore.click within fourteen days of the event giving rise to the request, or as soon as practicable before a scheduled readout.

Full or partial refunds

• Before data intake begins: Full refund of fees paid, minus any non-refundable deposit stated in the proposal (if any).
• After intake, before draft report: Partial refund of unused fees after deducting discovery and data-quality work already performed, itemised in writing.
• After draft report delivery: No refund for the reporting portion; unused readout fees may be credited if the session has not occurred.

Non-refundable items

Completed live readout sessions, final delivered reports, and work already accepted in writing are non-refundable. Third-party meeting-room costs prepaid on your request are non-refundable once incurred.

Refund process and timing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within fourteen business days of written approval. You will receive a confirmation email summarising the amount.

Cancellation and rescheduling

Readout sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least forty-eight hours’ notice. Later cancellations may forfeit the session fee. Quarterly retainers require thirty days’ written notice before the next quarter to stop future billing; the current quarter remains payable if work has started.

Deposits and no-shows

Where a proposal requires a deposit to reserve analyst time, that deposit is applied to the final invoice. No-shows for confirmed readouts without notice may be charged the session fee in full.

Work already started

If modelling or writing has begun, we bill for time and materials up to the cancellation date according to the proposal rates.

Exceptions

If we cancel an engagement for reasons within our control and no satisfactory reschedule is offered, you receive a full refund of unused fees. This policy does not cover media buying, software licences, or products we do not sell.
