Terms of engagement

These terms apply to visitors of smart-flowcore.click and to clients who commission marketing attribution reporting and related sessions from Smart Flowcore Co., Ltd. (“Smart Flowcore”, “we”, “us”).

Acceptance

By using this website or confirming a written engagement, you agree to these terms. If you commission work on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services

We provide attribution reporting, channel contribution briefs, facilitated readout sessions, and quarterly retainers as described on this site and in individual proposals. Website rates are informational. A signed proposal or email confirmation defines the final scope, fees, and timeline.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for lawful access to the data you share, for accurate conversion definitions, and for securing internal approvals. Delays in exports or glossary decisions may extend delivery timelines.

Intellectual property

Delivered reports and briefing materials prepared for you become available for your internal business use upon full payment. Smart Flowcore retains ownership of underlying methods, templates, and pre-existing materials. You may not resell our reports as a product to third parties without written consent.

Confidentiality

We treat campaign performance data and business information you share as confidential and use it only to deliver the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law.

Liability

Attribution models are interpretive. Reports support decision-making; they do not guarantee media results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smart Flowcore’s aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or media spend outcomes.

Website use

Content on this site is for general information. You may not scrape, misuse contact forms, or attempt to disrupt the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or related engagements, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.
